There should be more things to buy from the vendor that requires legend status, heck we didn't even get a new dye. Once a you use your certificates there is nothing left to buy which makes the only real reward one "legendary" (generally) reward like Evans mask a throne etc. But after that....nothing. I don't even bother getting packs anymore because I know one item is likely to be useless (reputation item) and until this is rectified (a rare box in exchange for a reputation item at legend) perhaps or every 1000 rep overdraft we get a certificate in the mail.
