Which relic is better

Probably a silly question but I recently got my sentinel alt to 55 and was wondering which damage proc relic was better the dark radiance (241 internal force damage) one or kinetic tempest (322 force kinetic damage).

 

Thanks for any answers! I don't quite get what the difference between the two really is
