How about selling Shuttle tickets (dont have to be Shuttle tickets, it was the first thing that came up in my mind) in the Cartel Market? These Shuttle Tickets could be used to teleport the player to the selected quest he/she wants, although not to every quest situation. only to a quest ready to complete and ready for conversation (not a enemy conversation), dont let people teleport in like a enemy base etc. Just if it is a friendly conversation.
