Astarica Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 Power proc is pretty much strictly superior to anything in PvP because damage now is always better than damage later. The numbers may come out similar over time, but proc gives you more damage at the beginning of a fight where you need the damage the most. As far as you're concerned, either you or the enemy could've already been dead while you're waiting for your proc relic to refresh its internal CD so the CD is no concern at all. I've heard conflicting story about whether two of the same relic stack, but Partisan + Conqueror version definitely stacks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
