Buff/Proc Notification Request

The carnage changes are fine, but require a slightly different method of play than before, the largest being how to handle Force Scream. Instead of it being essentially an auto-crit 100% of the time, it is now proc-dependent, which is fine in theory, but could use some help.

 

Currently, there is no effective method of notification when the Execute skill procs, thus we are forced to stare at our buff list entirely too much ESPECIALLY in PvP. My request is to add the "laugh" sound to the execute proc, but ONLY the execute proc. It is the only buff that requires us to look at the buff list, therefore it is the only one that needs the additional notification.
