Brewkrew Posted April 24, 2013 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Did some research this morning: Full Partisan Cunning 2372 Health 26266 Exp 2018 Bonus Healing 754.3 Crit 24.25 Surge 420 70.75% Power 666 Elite War Hero w/ NO enhancements w/ Partisan implants, ear, and relics Cunning 2562 Health 25950 Exp 1935 Bonus Healing 822 Crit 25.66 Surge 67.06% Power 488 Working as intended? 200 more main stat with no enhancements in PVE gear, bonus healing up almost 75, Crit up, with a little knock back to Exp. It's less than that because there's a base value to all heals too. I need to see what your actual heals are healing for (tooltip) to even make sense of this, but the difference of expertise there is about 2%.
