Blaster Augs in skill tree only gives 1% more damage to high energy cell, 1 freakin percent?! are you kidding me? Locking out other talents to only be used in HEC makes tank hybrid gone. Assault spec can barely be considered good with nerf to PC. Vanguard for all talents trees is crap now, might as well reroll to another class.
