Thats pretty much how the class always played. Nothing different from 1.7 to 2.0. If only 9.1% damage if from rails shot that's pretty low. It should avg. at least 20%, since its used once every 4-5 globals and does the highest damage. I did not see CGC damage as well. It should account for about 15% of damage now (used to be close to 30%).

 

While the snares removal is nice, its not really needed for this class. The class can drop all attacks except rocket punch from 10 meters and can still drop several attacks from 10-30 meters. They aren't completely useless, but benefit is marginal at best.
