wisx
I am interested in video capturing a few of my battles. Can anyone reccommend a SAFE video capture software? the less expensive(free) the better. I have looked through Google and all of the ones I have found have a very high number of negatives claiming bogus software full of trojans and viruses and stuff. Help greatly appreciated. Don't know what or who to believe. Thanks. Escron

MajereRaistlin
the only software that was ever able to capture game sequences (at least for me) in 720p or 1080p with an acceptable loss of performance is FRAPS. this is what fraps did for me. - please just watch the video quality its embarassing to see how bad i played back then . I know its not for free but its worth the few bucks. Fraps is able to capture Overlay Video modus. Meaning games played in fullscreen are captureable. http://www.fraps.com/ I know the website is looking old. FRAPS is a good product. And i can vouch for it. So long Majere
xRadicalEdx
XFire is my favourite. The video quality is amazing! I will note that you need a lot of hard drive space to get the highest quality, but even the low quality video is still pretty awesome. http://www.xfire.com/

DokesMon
fraps cost money and you have to edit the capture I highly recommend the Enjin tool it works with your online media like utube facebook and tweeter lol its pretty much plug and play
respwn
The enjin client is just rebranded "Overwolf". Overwolf is garbage imo, its ok with really low res but extremely buggy at high/max resolutions. Sure its free but you get what you pay for, no one wants to watch low rez vids of anything so its a deal breaker for me.
