Terel-UK Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 (edited) After spending a considerable amount of cash to now have legend status with the cartel I find myself in predicament I did not foresee. The certificates are char bound. I find this a little hard to understand as I am now stuck with certificates which I want to use with another of my char and am not able to do so. The certificates or items purchased with certificates should be legacy bound. Given the cash needed to get these items I don't understand how you can make the Gree items legacy which any one can acquire with time and effort yet items acquired from spending real cash are char bound.
