No, all the numbers on the leader board are nearly meaningless... here's why.

2 teams face off - and nobody burns down the healers on either side ~ the leader board fills up with enormous numbers. It's simply a function of everyone staying on the field longer.

2 teams face off ~ Bad PUG vs. premade ~ low numbers are seen by both sides because the PUG team spends over half of the WZ in the box. Nothing to heal, nothing to protect, and nothing to damage.

MVP votes are not necessarily distributed on merit.. often they are swapped between friends. Healers almost always MVP tanks that guard & peel. Tanks almost always MVP healers that keep them alive.

Medal count is a better indicator of individual performance, but even that can be skewed by medals awarded to an AFK player for "protecting" a captured node that never got challenged.

Clutch performance is really where almost every WZ is won or lost imho, but there isn't a metric for it.

It's time where it becomes critical that the player execute every ability to the maximum effect ~ or simply fail the team.

The most common example is interrupting an objective cap(ture) by the opposing team ~ one of the clickies inside of a WarZone (WZ). Because It's easier to defend an objective that it is to capture one. This is often a clutch moment for every PvPer. It may only delay the capture of the node by 5 seconds or less, but that can be long enough for reinforcements to arrive.

Surviving attacks from multiple oponents long enough for the team to assist them can be a clutch moment for healers. Another is landing a heal on a player who is about to die, and giving them just enough time to kill their attacker and survive.

For DPS players clutch performance can be a well placed AOE that, catches the majority of the opposing team, exposes a stealthier before they land a big hit on a teammate, or forces the opposing team to "pause" and prevents a capture. Sometimes the best AOE's don't even hit anyone......

For Tanks, knowing when to pop defensive CDs or a taunt, just to soak up the biggest burst that a DPS opponent is capable of, is often a clutch decision.

Clutch decisions often revolve around the use of abilities with long CDs. Every AC has them, and using them properly can completely alter the outcome of a WZ.
