cabled Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 I'm sure this has been brought up before... Is there a difficulty with implementing a live chat support system? Rather than forcing us to make expensive international calls? Skype or something similar would work wonderfully well for a fair percentage of users i'm sure. Also, is there a particular reason why the game is supported and released in Oceanic/Asian regions but we do not have a service centre/hotline in our area or timezone? We pay no less as subscribers.
