Zerobot
Now reposted in Customer Service with even more finds. Sorry I realise this probably isn't the right forum but whatever. I don't know if this is a known bug or not, but whenever Upper hand activates for a Scoundrel sawbones there is a little time frame where the healing actually decreases and then increases to what it should be with Healing Hand. I've managed to demonstrate this with three screenshots. The first is Slow-release Medpac without any bonuses, the second is SRM during the little time frame I am talking about, and the third is SRM after the time frame with the Healing Hand bonus. http://oi48.tinypic.com/2qbgbwl.jpg http://oi48.tinypic.com/s595cp.jpg http://oi47.tinypic.com/5x3iug.jpg The reason I make a big deal about this is that on my Scoundrel I notice time and time again I'm healing below the minimum range that the skill Underworld Medicine lists, and this is without any healing debuffs and the like. I don't really understand how that is possible so feel free to enlighten me if you can. Edit - Here's an additional screenshot showing me using Underworld Medicine and the numbers that it lists. http://oi47.tinypic.com/25je1dj.jpg. Edit - I'm 100% sure it's the skill "Healing Hand" that's causing this. This skill increases healing while upper hand is active, but also seems to be decreasing it for a tiny amount of time when you gain a stack of upper hand, and it seems this gap is long enough for Underworld Medicine to actually heal less than it should. Grizber
Same issue on my Op, but i grouped with some other Ops and we tested for about 30 minutes. 3/8 of us had the bug.
Zerobot
Seems weird that it could affect some but not all... It really bugs me that you can't use Underworld Medicine/Kolto Injection to its full potential whereas the other two healing classes don't suffer any such setback. We're talking about heals which are 300 or more lower than listed in the skill menu, when you factor in a crit as well you're losing way more. AlexDougherty
This forum is alright for discussing the Bug, but don't forget to post on the customer service forum too, so they can fix it. This bug sounds really annoying, my condolances.
Zerobot
Yes I was just sceptical about it actually getting read in the customer service forum, but I guess it'll do no harm. Edit - Here's an additional screenshot showing me using Underworld Medicine and the numbers that it lists. http://oi47.tinypic.com/25je1dj.jpg Edited March 7, 2013 by Zerobot
Hyfy
Ya know I thought I had noticed this on my Op but was in the middle of an operation at the time and didn't follow up on it and eventually forgot about it. If this is an issue hitting both sides then that would.explain what I saw.
Zerobot
I sent an email to support@swtor.com about it but no confirmation it was received. Jirec
My Trooper's "Medical Probe" ability can go a bit below the minimum number when "Combat Support Cells" (CSC) are charged/charging. Though, my other abilities who doesn't gain "CSC" such as "Advanced Medical Probe" and "Kolto Bomb" are correct, with or without "CSC" charged. Zerobot
The heals that gain charge on a Commando heal below minimum range because the charges give a % healing increase. Like the Scoundrel, when you get a % healing increase your healing actually decreases a for little bit. So end result is somewhat of a hidden nerf to all healing skills that can have an effect on % healing overall.
