Niko_Motsin Posted February 22, 2013 Share Posted February 22, 2013 I currently have Dread Guard Relic of Boundless Ages (the power use increase) and was curious as to whether I should get a passive Dread Guard Relic (if so, which one) or one that increases Crit and Surge on use.
