Stats for Healing Companions

There is (2) different Mod's out there that are very cheap in the GTN. Need some input on which is better for my Healing Companion.

Keen Mod 22

(24 Endurance)

(41 Cunning)

(7 Crit)

Or

Artful Mod 22

(18 Endurance)

(32 Cunning)

(24 Power)

 

Any advise would be helpful

Artful Mod 22 is better. Power has no diminishing returns and the combination of Cunning and Power on the Artful Mod is significantly better. In general, I try to boost secondary stats with Implants and Ears so I can focus on Mods/Enhancements that stack Power. You'll always have to throw in a few Crit/Accuracy mods (lowercase) to round out your stats but it's a good rule of thumb when trying to decide on upgrades.
