AlexDougherty Posted January 25, 2013 Share Posted January 25, 2013 you can't gift them your cartel coins, but nothing is stopping you from buying something with them and giving them to someone. If you are close enough to them, you can open a trade window, and give them, if you are a subscriber you can mail them, just make sure you get the name exactly right.
