I just got done doing an online chat with EA Support wondering where my Pre-Order Box is at so that I can enter my code. Here is the chat: EA Support Guy: I see that your order is processed and should be shipping out within ***** hours, when it does you will receive an tracking number via email.*****; you: OK, thanks. I thought that it would have been shipped by now since the game is officially started. I did Pre-Order this game. EA Support Guy: I see, we have a mass shipment of preorders that got delayed. you: Since they got delayed, will the shipping be changed to a faster shipping method? Treckie Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 That really sucks. I really think they where not prepared for such a larger numer of people to want to play. I see they now have 120 North American servers that in it's self is crazzy for a new mmo. It's a great game, just be patient, I'm sure it will all work out in the end.
