NaimiIflya Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 (edited) 5. 5 Enemies Levels Above and you can't damage them at all really, 5 levels below and you hardly get any XP, and they will pretty much not be able to hurt you. Jakkall Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 I'm not sure exactly how it works, but from my experience, most of the exp you get will be from quests and quest exp is not affected by the level of others in your group. My wife and I started on different worlds. I was 5 levels higher than her when I finished my starter planet and jumped over to start grouping with her. As I was helping her with quests that I could not get, I gained about half a level in the time she gained 3 levels and almost caught up to me. Even once we moved on to the next planet, doing the same quests (and helping on class quests) she continued to close the level gap and is now only about 1/4 level behind me.
