The issue they said when i called was that too many people logged on and overloaded the server and now it is extremely slow and is going into default kicking people to prevent damage. They will have to reset according to what they told me. The point is is happening a lot and becoming completely unacceptable. Sometimes "were sorry" and "we are working on it" isn't enough.
