TheMerv Posted December 21, 2012 Share Posted December 21, 2012 Has anyone noticed that they Storm an NPC and/or a player in PvP and the 3 second stun feature does not work? The tooltip on the skill tree does not specify whether the target has to be an NPC or an in-game player and it says nothing about the target having to be weak to be stunned. It simply says that your Vanguard will storm up to the target, smack him for some damage, interrupt his current action, and stun him for 3 seconds. When I Storm anything, player or NPC, it does not stun them. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
