Instead of artifact grade and lookin weapons and armor etc, why not make them plans that cost black hole commendations? I wouldn't mind seeing color crystal plans and or other plans that cost black hole commendations. If there was something like this, when bioware would release new cartel packs it would yield unique things like usual, but with this it would give people more options....
