Updated PT / VG Tanking Spreadsheet for 1.6

I've been getting asked a lot about stat balancing during or after raids by other powertechs / vanguards (I have both). The primary tool I use for my PT / VG is a spreadsheet originally by Morning Masume, later revised by someone else (forgot who) around 1.2, and that I have personally been modifying to keep current.

This spreadsheet us up to date with the latest release and includes a nifty new feature that analyses relic choices at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

Some functionality has been lost, mainly the sweetspot analysis that was present in the original, I hope to add that back into it soon. Also I haven't touched the DPS and Threat calculations present on other pages of this spreadsheet, so don't expect any reasonable amount of accuracy in those pages.

So here's a link to spreadsheet (Google Docs)

If there are any questions, comments, concerns, or corrections please feel free to contact me either on the forums or in game on the Harbinger on the toon Redtoo (republic).

Note: for the other tank classes I use a wonderful program by Dhariq which can be found at this link.

Thanks a bunch and enjoy!

Note: Yes I know there are no tanking changes on the table for 1.6, but the most recent spreadsheets I've found outside my personally edited one is only good out to 1.2, before the changes to the tanking tree that reduced overall shield rating and added the absorb buff.

Hey cool! I'e been using a different spreadsheet:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Avs0hCh27RmidG5mYWZSN2lhSlJNQmVjclFmVHluMkE#gid=0

When I plug my numbers into yours for best in slot gear in 1.6 (8994 armor, 460 defense [exotech stim], 840 shield [2x elite war hero shield relics], 612 absorb) both sheets agree that its the best in slot setup for mean mitigation!

Here's the AMR profile I am building towards: http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/character/81a384fb-ba70-4321-9e54-155caba65c67

I've been a DPS PT for a while now but I am trying to fine tune my tank set for when I change it up. My two questions for the optimal stat distribution deal with relics and the enhancements. How does the dread guard relic of shield amplification compare? Do you just not really need the absorb and need to focus on shield instead? Also for the enhancements why the high endurance ones rather than high secondary? Are the returns on more secondary not worth the extra HP at that point?

Edit: nevermind about the enhancements, I am just too used to dps itemization on enhancements, didn't realize those weren't the high endurance ones.
