JekRendar
Anyone familiar with Star Wars: The Old Republic Encyclopedia? I haven't had a chance to browse through it yet when I saw it in a store. Is it worth it?

JekRendar
Yes, if you're interested in Star Wars lore and especially the Old Republic - I'd definitely recommend it. There's no such thing as "Star Wars lore". Unless you mean, Star Wars Canon. Is that what you meat? Thanks, I appreciate your advice.

Thanks, I appreciate your advice. Lol, by 'lore' I just mean Star Wars knowledge, story, history whatever. I don't mean a specific term or anything, just like there is a section on the forums called story and lore...
Sindorin
Don't waste your money on it. it is overpriced and poorly put together. The binding and materials used feel like it's a children's book. Not worth the 30-40 dollar price tag. All that's in it, are codex material. Just read it in game. Jacen_Starsolo
Darthhater has a good summary. http://www.darthhater.com/articles/feature/22014-inside-the-swtor-encyclopedia And funny Amazon isn't selling it directly right now. BlueArab
I like mine; looks good next to The Complete Star Wars Encycolpedia. Got some good content, especially the historical information, and some great pictures as well.
Beniboybling
Darthhater has a good summary. http://www.darthhater.com/articles/feature/22014-inside-the-swtor-encyclopedia And funny Amazon isn't selling it directly right now. Nice summary. I think the final paragraph does it justice: The SWTOR Encyclopedia is exactly what any diehard fan can hope for. A beautiful comprehensive book that accounts the events within Star Wars: The Old Republic and documents important aspects with an incredible amount of detail. Not only does the book include all the facts and details mentioned here, but also each page includes amazing artwork that complements the information. The accompanying art includes concepts, pieces borrowed from other sources, stylized paintings, and in-game footage. For players who have enjoyed the game up to this point and want a tangible piece of its history to remember it by, the Encyclopedia is the perfect addition to their home library. Not selling directly? Well I don't know if you live in the UK, but here it is on amazon.co.uk

Well I don't know if you live in the UK, but here it is on amazon.co.uk US Amazon took it down to investigate something. They didn't say what they are investigating about it. But you could still buy it on the Marketplace just not directly from them.

Weird, guess the US want to keep the Emperor's fate hush hush, don't want descent amongst the Sith ranks and that
