Is it possible to use items made by other players to learn the next tier up? Let's say I want to learn the blue version of an Armoring mod. When I craft or otherwise obtain the green version somewhere, it says there's a 20% chance to learn the schematic. However, when I pickup a player made of that same green from someone else, it says "No research available." Can I not use the same exact item made by another player to learn the higher quality schematic? Also, for the high end items where there are no green/blue versions, can I RE the purple to learn the schematic? Let's say I had tons of credits to blow and bought a few 26 or 27 Armorings made by someone else. Can I learn the schematic from RE'ing them?
