Whenever I get new mods that will enhance one but drop another of these three stats, I'm always on the fence about what to do. So is there any one of these 3 that I should always pick over another? SgtKlavier Posted November 29, 2012 Share Posted November 29, 2012 Ultimately, you need to find a balance between the three stats that comes down to some guidelines but a lot of personal preference. Personally, I get my defense to around 19% and then push shield/absorb through the roof. You can push defense up closer to 20 or higher, and have less shield/absorb, or you can sacrifice some of those stats for more hp. The only thing to really keep in mind is that unlike defense, shield and absorb are dependent on each other, so keeping them about equal will give you the best results. My healers have said i am easier to heal with the higher defence chance over higher shield and absorbition.
