Was leveling up my assassin.. then started just mind-wandering... came up with a few idea's i would like to share..

 

Came up with a new idea for warzone... it would be 4 guys in a vehicle trying to kill the other 4 guys in the other vehical next to them.. be like a pod race scene. one of my weaker ones..

 

For a new Operation.. you would use Firebrand/Stormcaller tanks to assult a base.. you would have the tank and healer inside the accual tank and 2 dps on the sides of it attacking the smalls that are rushing the tanks.the Tank inside the tank would be aiming for turrents, guards,etc.

 

Then for new tree for BH.. would focus on missile blast and missiles.. Warrior: would focus on force leaping and roots. Agent: AoE range/melee focus. Inquisitor:No idea..

 

 

For updated environment.. make it a Destructible Environment, allowing new strategies for PvE combat. Have knock backs like force push be able to force people to break tree's, walls, stuff like that.

 

 

For Space: have a gunship that flys it self.. then have each member of group get a turret and fight off ships/freights.

 

For Agent advance class: have a "Infiltrator" that uses shotgun and close range attacks to break in.. also with destroy able environment it would allow you to bust thru walls, and respell from celing.'

Warrior: "Sith Destroyer" uses twin sabers for backhand wielding back stabs,decapitate.

Bounty Hunter: "Marksmen" uses a sniper rifle and camouflage/stealth. long range non-cover class.maybe have a ability that requires being prone.

Inquisitor: "Sith Runner" Increased speed, low deference, more Knock backs/Pulls

 

For Flash point: Have a 1 person Lost Island that is "your self and companion" which drops companion-only loot for which companion your using at that moment.

 

For New Class: Infiltrator maybe.. Shotgun mainhand, knife offhand.. Demolitions, breaches

Interesting ideas, but would definitely need refining/fleshing out a bit. :p

 

As for making this a thread for ideas in general, I've been chewing over a new advanced class for the Trooper (I haven't taken the BH into consideration yet.)

 

Specialist: The Trooper swaps heavy ordinance with light assault, adopting a guerilla tactic of warfare. Using dual-wielded pistols, the trooper focuses their attacks on disorientating and defeating the enemy as quickly as possible. Their rotation has a core mechanic that works in sync with 'full-auto', which can be fired whilst moving as this advanced class. This is used to weave other attacks that can debilitate and damage foes over time, building damage. Although this class is arguably the most effective damage dealer of the other advanced classes, they sacrifice most of their defensive prowess in doing so. Make sure you don't overestimate your chances in a defensive battle.

 

Open fire: Passive - 'Full Auto' can now be used whilst moving.

 

Detriment shot - Hit the target with a shot that weakens the targets armor by 20% and deals damage over time. Can be fired whilst channeling 'Full Auto'.

 

Spread the load - For the next five seconds, you can switch the targets that are hit by 'Full Auto'.

 

Extra Mag - Immediately refresh the cool-down of 'Full Auto'.

 

Blast round - Fire two shots at the enemy that stun them for two seconds and deal high damage.

 

Explosive Auto - Activates a 'Full Auto' ability that also deals explosive damage and burns the target. Has separate cool-down to Full Auto, but cannot be used on the move.

 

I have some other ideas in the ol' brain, but I still need to flesh out abilities. The dual-pistol idea comes from the ARC-trooper design.

 

NOTE: I haven't considered balance, or anything. Just something cool.
