This is for discussing stuff in the Star Wars Universe not game mechanics like the legacy update, but to answer your question you have to complete your 1st class main quest which will unlock legacy. After that you will see a symbol at the top of your screen in between yout stuff like character information inventory and all that stuff. It will be glowing. Now don't post questions like that about the game in this area again mate. If you want to talk Star Wars Trivia and or stuff dealing with the universe though this is the place.
