All I've done is tank my little 28 vg (well i say little, he does have body type three). What spec should I use for my few points and how should I go about setting up the damage (4m/10m/30m). NurseDonut Posted October 12, 2012 Share Posted October 12, 2012 (edited) For DPS at 28 I'd go assault. Spec into Ionic Accelerator. The first goal is to get a DoT on someone. To do that reliably you'll have to get into 10 m range and hit ion pulse or incendiary round. Once they are burning, hit them with a high impact bolt. Then the goal becomes reseting the high impact bolt cooldown with either stock strike or ion pulse. Once you hear the giggle, fire another high impact bolt. That's the main mechanic. Happiness occurs when you can get sticky grenade and high impact bolt to hit at the same time. I prefer tactics myself, but it's not very good until you get pulse generator and fire pulse. I'd stick with assault until you hit 40 then play around with all three trees to see which you like most.
