NurseDonut Posted October 1, 2012 Share Posted October 1, 2012 I had good times with Elara and Assault. Soloed a few champs. Elites were a joke. Everything else just melted, including other players who unfortunately happened along my path of destruction. Assault is also ruinous in PvP if you're into that. Elara and Tactics was fun too. It was faster for groups but slower for elites. I think this is the most enjoyable PvP spec, due to the mobility, ability to fry enemies who bunch up, and seemingly limitless ammo. Elara and Shield would probably make the champs easier, but at the cost of slowing everything else down. You could possibly make up for that by getting into FP groups faster as a tank. Sippix Posted November 28, 2012 Share Posted November 28, 2012 Go with the Assault tree and use Aric. When you need to do Class Story boss quests, use Elara for the heals. Most Heroic +2 can be done with Elara, even using the Assault spec. You simpyl kill everything so fast with Assault. Tactics doesn't work good until higher levels.
