Like one of the posters above me said, you can cleanse mezzes (the 8 second break on damage variety) with the exception being Sorc/Sage Tornado/Lift. Another important thing is cleansing key debuffs as they come up on your character. Vanguard/PT Incinerate Missle/Round is costly to reapply and partially counters their burst. Gunslingers/Snipers often will root you in their range -- cleanse it and get out of the way. Some classes like Scoundrel/Op use slows as a gap closer -- cleansing it keeps them from positioning for the majority of their damage. Same can be said for most of the DoT builds, especially since a cleanse of the DoT commonly cleanses the slow attatched to the DoT. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
