Are you tanking or DPS? want do to dps and with allround i mean can take a beating and can do a lot of damage up close as well from a distance. Welcome to 1.2, where hybrid specs were viable. Now fast-forward to 1.3, where hybrid Powertech specs are dead. Here, you cannot be a tank with high DPS. If you go Pyro, you cannot take a beating but your damage is high and has some range. If you go Advanced Prototype, you can take a beating but all your damage is within the 10 meter range - but not very bursty. Welcome to 1.3 Powerteching.
