DkSharktooth
-- Take the current armor that has the stats you want in it (armoring/mod/enhancement/augment) -- Attach it to the new armor ("clip-on") -- The Result: All the stats you want, on the armor you want, without high extraction costs. Example: -- You Buy Warhero Chest -- You have an orange shell of a chest piece you want your character to look like, and you add an augment slot to it. -- Attach the Warhero chest piece (with all of it's stats) to the orange chest piece Why will this work? -- It saves the players money by not having to move each armoring, mod, enhancement 1 by 1 if they wish to move all 3 into a new piece of armor. 1 by 1 armoring/mod/enhancement modification is only for "best-in-slot" min-maxing your stats. Developer Programming: -- Item A (has the armoring/mod/enhancement) + Item B (Orange item shell) = Item B+ Item A's Stats (Orange item shell + Item A Stats) -- In short, add the 2 items together Edited August 22, 2012 by DkSharktooth
Primarch_PWnD
While that's a good idea, it's a complicated way of fixing the problem. All they'd have to do is lower the cost of mod extraction. No one likes paying taxes in real life, why would they think we'd want to do it in a video game? Especially since the tax itself is so huge, you spend every credit you own just to change your outfit....
