Raekor Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 I am currently spec'd as pure tank, but I am queuing in the group finder for both DPS and Tanking roles. I am trying to build both gear sets up (I had a lot of armorings and mods from my Mercenary that I was able to send over), but currently the tanking set is better. I wasn't expecting to get a group as DPS, but got into D7 as one. Although what I was doing was enough (about 700 dps) I don't like being carried. To the question, is there a hybrid Tank/DPS spec for PvE that would allow me to tank and DPS effectively for HM FP's? Or is it better to just stay as pure tank and annoy people with my low DPS so as to not annoy people when I tank? One other question regarding augments, are aim augments what I should get for my DPS pieces? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RundoSim Posted August 14, 2012 Share Posted August 14, 2012 Pick Tank or DPS. There is no hybrid spec that will allow you to do both. You'll need 2 sets of gear, augment tank with End or DSA, depending on your stats, and AIM for your DPS set Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
