Tactics Buff

So most likely if they nerf vanguards they will hit the assault specialist tree... but but calm down if they decide to buff vanguards I think that they should buff Tactics. I believe that if they decide to buff tactics they should make it more appealing. In all honesty I think that Tactics should not get a big damage buff (but a slight damage buff is needed) but even more utility so that this tree will be accepted in things like RWZ.. Basically I'm saying that tactics is not the favored dps spec for vanguards and I'm not asking for "them" to nerf assault down to tactics level I'm asking them to make it acceptable amongst most. Hold The Line is an excellent ability I'm asking for excellent talents in this tree. The way I see it is Tactics is an aoe tree so if they were to go way out and say BOOM sticky grenade now applies to 4 other targets and throw in a 8% damage buff for this talent perfect. If they wanted to go way out of their way they could give fire pulse the same animation as Incendiary Round and let apply to 3 other targets, this would be the ultimate aoe tree. I also think its ridiculous to focus on HiB at all in this tree and HE Cell is a waste.

 

I would like to know what you guys think about this and encourage you to post any ideas on how you would go about giving tactics a buff.

A lot of people already are tactics for ranked wz's because of its mobility and other tools. Also, tactics dps is not bad at all, it isn't as good as assault most of the time, but it is much easier to counter an assault than a tactics VG because healers can cleanse assault's dots which are a huge part of its dps versus tactic's one dot that is important but majority of damage is burst. Then there is the fact that tactics has hold the line which makes them immune to every cc except root, tactics VG move faster making it easier to get in melee range and tactics take less damage while stunned. Don't think either one needs buffed or nerfed. But if they do follow the QQs of the bads and nerf assault they sure as heck better buff assault's utility then. Because all it has is burst dps... which as mentioned is fairly easy to counter and minimize by good groups. I spend 90% of ranked warzones taunted or cc'ed as assault against good teams. They nerf assault and do nothing to help it's utility the spec will be absolutely worthless and tactics will be what every vanguard will be at that point.
