ComeAndSee Posted July 5, 2012 Share Posted July 5, 2012 Ion Cell in 1.3 does about 50% less damage than it did in the prior patch. My DOT ticks for 80 damage on players. The initial hit is 160~. Prior to patch initial hits were always around 250~ and the DOT ticked for much more. With Bioware being so quiet I don't even know if its an intended nerf or a bug. ATango Posted July 5, 2012 Share Posted July 5, 2012 Haven't tried Ion Cell yet but from the numbers you are posting now and from what I recalled seeing Philo post a while back on a parse it looks like a stealth adjustment.
