endgame pve and pvp

[oakamp]

i leveled up as AP,

pvp as pyro,

endgame raid as shield tank,

but after 1.3 im a little sad that iron fist spec is sux both rwz and ops,

science tank role is more easy to use lfg tool to get a daily,

any suggestion for both rwz and HM EC useful tank/dps spec after 1.3?
