Okay, the deal is that you have one major decision, origin server (where people transferred off) or destination server (people transferred on). The first set are way too underpopulated (IMO) and the second set are pretty full. Your options for PvP destination servers by world area are: Master Dar'Nala APAC Tomb of Freedon Nadd EUR English Darth Nihilus EUR French Jar'Kai Sword EUR German Prophecy of the Five US East The Fatman US East The Bastion US West You should see which ones are in your preferred world area, and then check out the populations on Torstatus. Torstatus (http://www.torstatus.net) is a program that checks the server load status page (http://www.swtor.com/server-status) every 5 minutes 24 hours a day 7 days a week, since the game started, and records the results in a database. The DB then records Light as 1, Standard as 2, Heavy as 3, Very Heavy as 4, and Full as 5. Every hour it calculates the average of all of those recordings for the last 14 days and reports that number as "ø" for each server on the Torstatus webpage. So when you see a phi value on Torstatus, that means that is an average of it's server status for that server taken every 5 minutes for 2 weeks. Compare the servers you're interested in, and then start actually looking in the PvP server forums to see which one has queues and guilds that you might like. http://www.swtor.com/community/forumdisplay.php?f=311 Welcome back! Sauska Posted June 27, 2012 Share Posted June 27, 2012 I would advise against Tomb of Freedon Nadd EUR English at this time, as we're looking at logon queues of 1 to 1.5hrs from dinner time onwards. Omatche Posted June 27, 2012 Share Posted June 27, 2012 Stay well away from tomb of freedon nadd if you actually want to be able to login and play your characters. ToFN is my home server since i started the game and now due to all the influx of immigrants i have to wait 1.5hrs to logon in an evening. I have 2 hours of gameplay time per day as i'm at work all day and now thats been shafted up the a$S by BW cus they can't organise a piss up in a brewery. go to one of the dead servers at least you might have a chance to logon in a reasonable time. Aaroneus Posted June 27, 2012 Share Posted June 27, 2012 The Bastion or the Fatman will be your best bet if you're looking to start anew on a new server. Jung Ma is pretty decent too. I'm on Jung Ma.
