Health more important than damage?

Since we all know what the patch is doing to us tanks (and we all think it's either the end of the world or just a bit too excessive) in terms of armor, self heals and threat generation. I was wondering if tanks will be spec'ing into the talent Mental Fortitude (endurance boost) instead of damage boosting talents (such as Applied Force or Expertise). I'm thinking this might be useful since we won't need as much damage to generate the same amount of threat and the extra health will improve our survivability and self heals we still have (even if it is a tiny amount). What are your thoughts on this?

Health...more like surving and winning 1 on 1`s or 1 v 2`s-

 

how you get there...is up to you...I spec Health If i have 600 more health i like my odds. but It`s always been my way. So the question is how are you gonna win youe 1 v 1 and 1 v2`s...Surviving longer to me is more time controlling Posistions and calling for help in vent...lol
