Debrad Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 Ok I will admit I only realised this last night. i am a lvl 50 in full Black Hole gear. I noticed that while I am attacking as DPS spec that often my guy will laugh as I do a move. Often it was stock strike or Ion pulse. Well I have finally figured out what that means and I will share with you all in case you have missed it as well. When he laughs in an attack that means that the cooldown for HiB has now been wiped and available to use. Did it several times and the laugh is now the sign that I can use it again.
