MarshalVaako Posted June 21, 2012 Share Posted June 21, 2012 I know there's a 4.5 second CD that would effect both but if I had two of the campaign relics from the daily comm vendor that had a passive proc of 30% would they stack and give me a 60% chance to proc? I know it would be 30 and 30 and its not the same as 60%, but it would increase my proc chance correct? So having two of them wouldn't be completely worthless?
