1.3 character stats focus will be affected?

Because 1.3 is changing the focus of how we all do damage in PvP (relics/adrenals going bye-bye?) and having less burst capabilities, how will this affect how we should focus our stat priorities in our gear? Is order of importance going to change and how should we be building for 1.3 changes. What is the new order of importance? Does Crit stat become more important than before?

Discuss and share please, I'm pretty curious how 1.3 might change some of my builds and want others feedback on how they feel things are going to need to change.
