My matrix cube is +58 aim +50 endurance and +24 CR The Dark energy surge is +77 endurance, 30% chance to deal extra 168 damage every 4.5 seconds, and shares this limit with other damage dealing effects. I currently have equipped the matrix cube and Energy surge device, which is 30% chance to deal 224 damage every 4.5 seconds and shares too.
