Cinemayor Posted June 20, 2012 Share Posted June 20, 2012 Power. Always power. No diminishing returns, always fully effective and affects every single attack you make. Also, it's a LOT of extra power. Using it during a Zen guarantees best results. I'm currently combining the power adrenal with the Matrix Cube and a proc relic for PVE (because the last thing I need is ANOTHER keybind - you could probably get more use out of a +power relic and stagger the activations).
