Located on the Sobrik Spaceport observation deck. I am wondering if the storytellers at Bioware have any history of this NPC. i have scoured the usual wikki's etc for some story on this man but found nothing. I would appreaciate it if you (at BW) could make a few lines of text for me so i can put him into context in the story im writing, thanks in advance.
