As in if there were 5 commandos shooting one target would that target get 5 * 20% armor reduction (= 100% armor reduction total?) as i understand it, it still works this way. what i think the above poster was referring to was the buff to demo round taking into account all of the gravity vorteces on the target (and not just the player's), and yes, this has been fixed.
