Muzzle Fluting: Additionally Lowers the Cast Time of Fusion Missile by 0.5. Riddle: Lowers the heat cost of Fusion Missile by 33% (down from 24 to 16.) Barrage: Doing what it does, but to Fusion Missile instead of Unload. Pinning Fire: Adds a Snare to Fusion Missile's DOT. This would me more proper, Arsenal is about missilesmissilesmissiles!
