Moddable Bracerrs Needed

Ok, not sure if this'd be better in General or here, figured I'd try here since it's sentinel-related. Mods, feel free to move this if it needs to be.

 

Anyway, I'm trying to get a fully orange outfit together for my sentinel; got everything so far but gloves and bracers, and I've got at least a few ideas on where to find gloves that I want. Bracers, on the other hand, elude me; I know moddable bracers are rare, but I've seen orange bracers on the GTN for pretty much every advanced class EXCEPT sentinel (JK stuff that's heavy armor, medium armor that's smuggler-specific, light-armor ones, trooper-based heavy armor ones...). I looked on TORHead and found a few, but only a couple of the entries tell me where to find them, and while I'm not above farming a heroic zone boss to get one of those, I'd rather see if any of the others are more readily accessible. If anyone here could point me to the locations of the bracers in the links posted below, I'd greatly appreciate it (pretty sure the first two are at the legacy vendors on Coruscant, but still asking just to be safe).

You can buy the reknowned bracers at the legacy vendor on Coruscant (near the Senate. You can also get the exalted bracers there, but they cost more. Full set of moddable armor too Edited May 21, 2012 by Ratatooey

To add to this:

- Reknowned requires Legacy level 10 and costs 75K.

- Exalted requires Legacy level 20 and costs 100K.

 

Generally cheaper than buying them off the GTN, but they do require Legacy levels.

 

Your best bet for moddable Bracers and Belts is to keep an eye out on the GTN. If you can, park one of your characters on the Fleet (or Coruscant) near the GTN and check it daily.

Kinda figured the legacy vendor ones would require legacy levels, which sucks since I don't have any yet. As for checking the GTN, trust me, I've been doing that for months, hence why I'm trying to find where the non-legacy ones come from otherwise.

So the ones in those links I posted in the original post just don't exist then? Or is nobody even reading far enough to find out what I'm actually asking? 'Cuz the fact that nobody's even acknowledging those links is making me start to wonder.

You are aware there are literally thousands of items in those stupid data mined databases that don't exist in game, right?

When the item lists on those "stupid" sites are updated to include stuff introduced in each update, I assume that the remaining links are also accurate. And while I thank you for setting me straight on this misconception, I would've appreciated it if you'd done so in a more polite (and, in the case of your first post, less vague) manner.

Legacy level 10 is NOTHING.

So if you aren't legacy level 10, then just wait until your level 50 and then get them at that point.. No point in flaming people when they are trying to help.

moddable bracers have no us when you cant get any armor mods that have a 140 rating, since armor mods from pve/pvp sets are somehow bound to the armor piece they came from aka: if it ame from a chest you can only use it in chests, if it came from a pair of boots you can only use it in boots.

 

this armoring mod restriction has made it virtually impossible AND useless to get fully functional orange bracers and belt.

Sorry, but not the case. Armor drops in operations - picked up Advance Patron Armor 25 last night in KP hardmode. Sitting in my smugglers belt now - but the armor drops for all classes
