Critical Rating DIminising Return

Hi guys, can you please tell me at which presentage critical rating starts to give DR? I know that we have a 5% basic rating as default and from that we can start build it up. My question is, at which presentage i have to stop stacking critical rating and concentrate on our other stats like power or surge? I read somewhere here on the forums that we should stop at around 30%, is that accurate?

There is no set point at which DR starts, it has a continuing DR starting from the first point you put in.

 

Formula:

Crit Chance % = 5 + 30 * ( 1 - ( 1 - ( 0.01 / 0.3 ) )^( ( PrimaryStat / max(Level,20) ) / 2.5 ) ) + 30 * ( 1 - ( 1 - ( 0.01 / 0.3 ) )^( ( CritRating / max(Level,20) ) / 0.45 ) )

 

But the general consensus seems to be around 30% yeah.
