Crit-Power-Surge-Accuracy for commando

I have searched the fourms and couldnt find an accurate answer. I want to know which of the crit-power-surge-accuracy work best to get the highest damage possible for a commando.

 

I know that when u have power u increase the damage u do but does surge inscrease the damage u do with power or only the damage done when a crit is done? basically wat does surge do for a commando?

 

and is accuracy necessary for a commando, and how much? does it greatly effect the damage output?

 

so..wats best for damage?

 

crit+surge

power+surge

power+accuracy

 

wats the best balance? im just looking for high damage output.

With raid buffs, in my honest oppinion, you need to hit the following stats:

 

Crit - 35%

Accuracy - 100/110%

Surge - 70-75%

Power - stack the **** out of this once those other numbers have been hit.

 

I parse at around 1400 DPS on operations dummy. 1300-1600 on the bosses that dont have heaps of movement.

first always stack aim, as it contributes to pretty much everything.

 

second, you are gonna wanna stack power for pve. power is more beneficial for sustained healing.

 

third, for pvp, you are probably going to want to stack crit. The reason being that you are not always going to be able to get heals off, and when you do, you want them to crit thus healing for more than a non crit.

 

this is how i see healing to work, but dps might be a bit different
