Iron Fist PvE Alternative?

I've been looking through guides and builds and was wondering if I could tweek the Ironfist build a bit to be more suited twords PvE while still rolling descently in PuG PvP. I'm not looking to be a min maxer or "the best" in any situation. I'm really just trying to come up with a leveling build that is Iron fist style that I can use in PvE without having to respec between PvE and PvP. Here's what I've come up with and would like some feedback please.

I used approximately the following after I got disappointed that Shield / pyro was being killed off, up till 1.2 launched and I just decided to tweak the points to be 31 shield with the new heat blast. it's still pretty iron fist with the whole shield investment.

thanks for pointing out to me that I'm blind and missd that, I think we differ in a few points but I dhuffled a few of mine around and came out with this.

I'll tinker around with it as I level, again, I know it's probably weaker than other builds by meddeling between dps and tank trees but i love the mobility I've seen, I just figure that since I'm only PvPing (and alot of that early) for the gear to run PvE with I can shirk on a few of the cool down reducers on stuns, and or slow type skills and put a tiny bit more into survivability, atleast that's my confused thinking in a nutshell. Ty again for the input.
